Q: Are there any strings attached like sitting through a presentation or meeting?

A: No! Just enjoy your luxury villa.

Q: Is food or air-fare included?

A: No. The airfare, food and beverage must be purchased at one of the many restaurants on property or prepared in your villa kitchenette.

Q: Are group booking allowed?

A: No! Unfortunately, each reservation must be under a different individual’s name.

Q: Which locations are part of the program?

A: Although we highly recommend you select from one of the 5-Star locations in Mexico, where are the locations with the accommodations described in our program, vouchers can be used with other locations, but not guaranteed the same level of accommodations. Multiple locations worldwide, including the U.S. and popular international spots.

Q: Are there any fees related to my accommodations not covered by the voucher?

A: Only a single reduced resort fee of $150 for the entire week.
